I may be able to help with either shiatsu or craniosacral therapy.

Craniosacral therapy tunes into the very deep rhythms of the body. It is based on very deep respect for the body’s self healing abilities.  It can feel as if change is being initiated from the inside and spreading outwards.  You would be lying fully clothed on a treatment table.

Shiatsu uses comfortable pressure, rocking and stretches to get your energy flowing.  I usually work on a padded mat on the floor.  You would wear loose comforable clothing.
