I am lucky enough to work in a large room which can be well ventilated as there is underfloor heating. Due to the close working I will be wearing a mask and a visor and clients will also be required to wear a mask while on the premises.
I am following all the relevant advice in order to keep myself and my clients as safe as possible during these very difficult times. I need an undertaking from clients to tell me if they or anyone in their household has had contact with anyone sufffering from covid smptoms or testing positive for covid within the previous 14 days. There will be no fee for cancellations under these circumstances. I will send you an agreement to sign when you book a treatment with me and this includes information about hygiene procedures I’m undertaking to guard against transmission of covid.
To reduce the amount of talking face to face, I will book a 20 minute phone call with you the day before your treatment so you can talk to me about your health history and what you are hoping for from a treatment.
